Abeona Therapeutics reports $11.4 million in Q2 revenue for ZEVASKYN, driven by expanded patient access and treatment centers.

Abeona Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ABEO) posted $11.4 million in revenue for its ZEVASKYN gene therapy in the second quarter, a 31% increase from $8.7 million in Q1 2026. The growth reflects 12 patients treated since launch, including five in Q2 and three more in early Q3.

The company expanded its treatment network to seven sites, adding Cincinnati Children’s and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Roughly 40% of the addressable patient population now has in-state access to a qualified center. Manufacturing challenges and cancellations were noted but did not halt progress.

Abeona also secured a new technology add-on, further supporting reimbursement and commercialization efforts.
