Aramark boosts full-year revenue growth forecast following strong Q3 results and $1.6 billion in new client wins.
Aramark reported fiscal third-quarter organic revenue growth of 9% to $5 billion, exceeding expectations, while adjusted earnings per share surged nearly 30% year-over-year. The company raised its full-year revenue outlook, citing broad-based strength across segments and a 51% increase in new client wins totaling $1.6 billion so far this fiscal year.
Food and Support Services (FSS) US revenue rose 8% to $3.5 billion, with international FSS revenue climbing 11% to $1.5 billion, driven by gains in Spain, Canada, the UK, and Germany. Client retention remained strong at 98%, and the company added nearly 200 new client locations globally during the quarter.
Aramark also highlighted growth in its Aramark Nexus unit, which serves AI data centers and industrial sites, including its first major hyperscaler site in Texas. Management emphasized the segment’s potential as a key driver for future expansion.
