Robinhood’s blockchain has become the fastest to reach 100 million transactions, surpassing all other chains, according to the company’s CEO. Vlad Tenev said the network achieved $10 billion in trading volume in weeks, a milestone that took Robinhood’s traditional platform years to reach.
The rapid growth is attributed to a feedback loop between liquidity and trading volume, with major wallets integrating quickly. Developer activity on the chain ranks among the top, reinforcing its adoption. Tenev emphasized total value locked (TVL) as the key metric to watch moving forward.
Stock tokens were highlighted as a critical asset class on the chain, positioning them as a foundational element for decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure.
