SpaceX shares rose over 5% Monday following disclosures revealing its largest investors. More than 1,500 stakeholders reported positions, with 23 investors holding over 80% of disclosed shares.

Alphabet leads with 551 million shares, followed by Fidelity’s 302 million and Nvidia’s 100 million. Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund and Gigafund also hold significant stakes. Harvard Management Co. disclosed nearly 13 million shares, its largest US equity position.

The filings provide the first comprehensive look at SpaceX ownership since its June 12 public debut. The unlocking of additional shares coincides with heightened investor scrutiny.
