Corvus reports Phase 1 success in atopic dermatitis, advancing soquelitinib into Phase 2 with $215 million in cash reserves.
Corvus Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:CRVS) highlighted soquelitinib’s potential after Phase 1 trial data showed 75% of atopic dermatitis patients achieved EASI-75 at the highest dose, compared to 20% on placebo. The drug also demonstrated sustained benefits post-treatment, a rarity in its class.
The company is advancing soquelitinib into a 200-patient Phase 2 trial, SEERA-1, with enrollment expected to complete in early 2027. Corvus ended Q2 with $215 million in cash, up from $56.8 million at 2025’s close, following a $189 million raise.
Soquelitinib is now being tested across five diseases, including rare blood cancer and asthma, signaling broad confidence in its mechanism despite risks of over-extension.
