Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) set a $100 billion annualized revenue target for December, more than tripling its current $30 billion run rate. CEO Elon Musk called the goal achievable with existing contracts alone, dismissing it as a stretch target.

Deutsche Bank analyzed the projection, highlighting a $1.6 billion quarterly deal with Anthropic that could reach $3.75 billion by Q3. A separate $920 million monthly agreement with Google begins ramping next month, bolstering the outlook.

The company’s neocloud business, which provides AI compute capacity, is central to the revenue surge. Analysts question whether unproven contracts will materialize in time to meet the ambitious timeline.
