Private equity firm INVL buys two Lithuanian seafood processors with combined annual revenue of €200m to form a competitive EU-focused group.
Lithuania-based private equity firm INVL Asset Management has agreed to acquire seafood processors Nordian Group and Norvelita. The combined businesses generate €200m in annual revenue, according to the buyer.
Nordian Group, a fish processor and wholesaler, reported €46.3m in revenue last year, while Norvelita, which exports 85% of its salmon production to Western Europe, posted €152.7m in 2025. The deal aims to create a stronger, internationally competitive fish processing group.
The founders of both companies will retain minority stakes and remain involved in the group’s development. INVL sees synergies in procurement and expanding higher-value product categories in the EU market.
