Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) stock trades at $264.02, reflecting a 29% decline from its 52-week high of $370.86. The valuation now stands at roughly 10 times projected earnings for next fiscal year, a multiple typically associated with stagnant or declining businesses.

The company reported record revenue of $6.62 billion in its fiscal second quarter, up 13% year over year. Adjusted earnings per share rose 18% to $5.96, while subscription revenue grew 16% in its business professionals segment and 13% in its creative and marketing group. Prior quarters showed steady 11-12% growth in constant currency terms.

Despite the strong financial performance, the stock’s valuation suggests investor skepticism about future growth prospects. The disconnect between Adobe’s earnings multiple and its revenue expansion remains a key focus for market participants.
