Crocs CEO Andrew Rees sold 30,000 shares at a weighted average price of $138.49, totaling $4.2 million. The transaction reduced his indirect holdings by 4% but left his direct ownership of 570,179 shares unchanged.

The sale follows an 84% total return for Crocs over the past 12 months, with shares traded between $136.78 and $140.05. Rees retains 1.3 million shares, with 56% held through the Rees Family Living Trust.

The shares were sold via the trust, where Rees maintains voting and investment control over the remaining 713,293 shares.
