The ticket marketplace reports Q2 2026 GMS growth of 34% year-over-year to $3.1 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $106 million.

StubHub raised its full-year 2026 gross merchandise sales outlook to a range of $10.1 billion to $10.3 billion, while maintaining its adjusted EBITDA target of $400 million to $420 million. The update follows a strong second quarter, with GMS reaching $3.1 billion, up 34% from the same period last year.

Adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled to approximately $106 million, with margins expanding to 18%. The company attributed the growth to higher transaction volumes and improved operational efficiency. Prior-year Q2 GMS stood at $2.3 billion, with adjusted EBITDA of $54 million.

Management did not disclose immediate market reactions to the revised outlook.
