ETL Global has added Fideco Global Business Services to its network in Mauritius, establishing a formal presence in the country. The move follows a long-term collaboration through partner organization Premier International Associates, now formalized to enhance client support in the region.
Fideco, founded in 1993 by Ismael Bahemia, specializes in global business services, including company formation, corporate administration, tax advisory, and expatriate permits. The firm is now led by Hasina Bahemia and will serve as ETL Global’s local contact for clients entering or operating in Mauritius.
ETL Global stated the partnership aims to provide clients with localized expertise for market access and regulatory compliance. The development was confirmed via a LinkedIn announcement, with Fideco expressing enthusiasm for the expanded collaboration.
