Payments platform Decta will integrate USDC stablecoin for international treasury settlements, aiming to accelerate fund transfers and improve liquidity efficiency. The move leverages OpenPayd’s infrastructure to convert company funds into USDC for back-end operations, not customer-facing payments.

Decta said the shift will simplify cross-border fund movements between its entities and enhance treasury management. OpenPayd’s regulated over-the-counter capabilities will facilitate the conversion, reflecting a growing trend of stablecoins in corporate treasury functions.

The initiative highlights stablecoins’ expanding role in traditional financial infrastructure, focusing on operational efficiency rather than consumer transactions. Decta’s CEO emphasized the goal of making financial operations faster and more resilient.
