Rise Harvest, the Utah-based multi-brand franchise operator led by Jacob Webb and April Miller, has signed leases for three new Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in Riverdale, Clearfield and Farmington
On completion, the three cafes will be Rise Harvest’s seventh, eighth and ninth Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in the state, and represent three of the nine additional Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations included in the company’s three-year growth plan announced in May 2026. The Riverdale cafe will be built at 4868 South 1050 West, Riverdale, Utah 84405. The building is currently under construction.
Rise Harvest’s tenant improvement work is scheduled to begin in early December 2026, with the cafe expected to open in the first quarter of 2027. The Clearfield cafe will be located along Antelope Drive, and the Farmington cafe along Station Parkway. Ground has not yet broken at either site; addresses and construction timelines for both locations will be announced once site work begins. “Riverdale, Clearfield and Farmington are markets we’ve targeted for a long time,” said April Miller, Chief Operating Officer of Rise Harvest. “Each lease represents years of site work and the right property owner relationships.
