Rockefeller Global Family Office acquires Jones Wealth Partners, bolstering its presence in Ohio with a new Columbus office.
Rockefeller Global Family Office has expanded its Ohio operations by integrating Jones Wealth Partners, a team specializing in high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The move establishes a new office in Columbus, led by managing director Sidney Jones, who brings over 40 years of advisory experience.
The Jones Wealth Partners team, previously at Merrill Lynch, includes six advisors serving clients across Ohio and beyond. Rockefeller already operates in Cincinnati and Cleveland, positioning Ohio as a key growth market for the firm.
Brett Thelander, Northern regional president, stated the acquisition aligns with Rockefeller’s strategy to offer sophisticated wealth solutions in thriving business hubs. The firm is the wealth management arm of Rockefeller Capital Management.
