Golden Rapture Mining has agreed to acquire four mineral claim cells located 500m south of NexGold Mining’s Goliath Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. The deal includes a cash payment of C$600 ($430.23) and 200,000 shares, with sellers retaining a 1.5% net smelter return royalty.

The Goliath Gold Project, operated by NexGold, holds proven reserves of 210,000 ounces of gold and probable reserves of 1.1 million ounces. Measured and indicated mineral resources total 2.1 million ounces of gold, with an additional 0.8 million ounces classified as inferred.

The acquisition expands Golden Rapture’s land holdings in a key gold exploration district, with the transaction subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
