The medical imaging provider raised full-year revenue and earnings forecasts following stronger-than-expected second-quarter performance.

RadNet reported second-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $99.7 million, a quarterly record, up from $81.2 million in the same period last year. Revenue reached $622.7 million, driven by 25% year-over-year growth and higher advanced imaging volumes.

The company updated its full-year 2026 outlook for its Imaging Centers segment, increasing guidance ranges for revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and free cash flow. Digital Health segment targets remain unchanged, with Q2 results supporting prior projections.

Non-GAAP earnings per share came in at $0.29, aligning with market expectations as the company continues expansion efforts.
