Chorus Aviation posted a 54% year-over-year increase in adjusted earnings per share to C$0.83 for Q2, driven by C$72.6 million in free cash flow and aircraft-sale proceeds. The company also repurchased C$14.8 million in shares and maintained its C$0.11 quarterly dividend.

Adjusted EBITDA remained steady, while the newly acquired KADEX aerospace-parts business contributed C$16.4 million in revenue and C$1.2 million in net income. Voyageur’s defense and MRO revenue grew 15% year over year, supporting the company’s push toward the upper end of its full-year guidance range.

Chorus ended the quarter with C$204 million in liquidity and leverage of 1.5 times adjusted net debt to adjusted EBITDA. First-half free cash flow totaled C$117.7 million, reinforcing management’s confidence in expansion opportunities.
