The company’s security and risk franchise surpasses $1 billion in annual contract value, outpacing standalone cybersecurity peers.
ServiceNow introduced six Autonomous Security solutions under its Shift Zero initiative, aiming to consolidate enterprise security tools into a single platform. The move follows the company’s security and risk franchise exceeding $1 billion in annual contract value, supported by Q2 2026 subscription revenues of $3.88 billion, a 23% year-over-year increase in constant currency.
The security unit’s growth outpaces dedicated cybersecurity vendors, with a 98% renewal rate and inclusion in 80% of the company’s largest contracts. ServiceNow’s remaining performance obligation stands at $29 billion, reflecting strong demand for integrated security solutions.
The new offerings leverage acquired technologies, including Armis for device visibility and Veza’s Access Graph for permission mapping, addressing the average enterprise’s use of over 70 separate security tools.
