Myomo Posts 21% Revenue Growth in Q2, Raises Full-Year Guidance

The wearable robotics firm reported $11.7 million in Q2 revenue and narrowed its operating loss to $2.3 million.

Myomo reported a 21% year-over-year increase in second-quarter revenue to $11.7 million, driven by a 19% rise in recognized MyoPro units and a record 255 orders. The company’s gross margin improved to 72.1%, while its operating loss narrowed to $2.3 million from a wider loss in the prior-year period.

Revenue growth was supported by a shift toward recurring referral sources, which accounted for 53% of quarterly revenue, up from 26% a year earlier. The company expanded its referral network to over 300 locations and saw growth in both U.S. and international orthotics channels.

Management raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $45 million–$47 million, up from $43 million–$46 million. The company also projected third-quarter revenue of $11.5 million–$12 million and expects second-half cash burn below $2 million.
