Shares of the cybersecurity firm jumped over 150% in 12 months, driven by acquisitions and AI-driven demand growth.

Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) saw its market valuation climb to nearly $295 billion from $113 billion a year ago, a 150% increase. The stock is now just 4% below its 52-week high of $376.98, up from a low of $139.57.

The surge follows acquisitions of CyberArk and Chronosphere, alongside rising demand for AI security solutions. Fiscal Q3 revenue rose 31% year-over-year to $3.0 billion, though $388 million stemmed from recent deals. Organic growth was closer to 14%, below the stock’s valuation expansion.

Management cited accelerating bookings for next-generation security services, but revenue growth guidance for fiscal 2026 remains at 24%, with much of it attributed to acquisitions.
