Vishay Intertechnology reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted revenue of $919 million, surpassing the high end of its guidance range. The increase was fueled by higher demand across semiconductor and passive-component businesses, end markets, and regions, with GAAP revenue at $889 million after $30 million in tariff refunds.

Adjusted revenue rose 9.5% sequentially and 20.5% year-over-year, supported by an 18% volume increase, a 2% rise in average selling prices, and a 1% foreign-currency benefit. The company’s book-to-bill ratio reached 1.32, with backlog climbing 18% to $1.9 billion, equivalent to 6.1 months of demand.

Management highlighted record bookings for resistors and inductors, as customers extended ordering visibility amid strong demand trends.
