Strategy sold Bitcoin at $59,000 to $60,000 to test market resilience

Strategy founder Michael Saylor said the company sold Bitcoin to prove it wouldn’t crash the market.

The sale was made when BTC was trading at around $59,000 to $60,000, and the price moved higher instead of crashing.

The company’s break-even point is about 3.2%, meaning if Bitcoin appreciates by that amount, Strategy can sell part of its BTC to pay dividends without selling equity.
