Qorvo Inc. senior vice president Philip Chesley sold 2,999 shares on August 5, valued at approximately $286,000, according to an SEC filing. The transaction was non-discretionary, executed to satisfy tax withholding obligations tied to restricted equity vesting.

Following the sale, Chesley retains 49,508 shares directly, with a total beneficial position worth $4.72 million as of the August 5 market close. Qorvo’s stock closed at $95.33 on August 6, with a market capitalization of $8.4 billion and a 12% one-year return.

The company reported $3.6 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue and $399.2 million in net income, underscoring its role as a key supplier in the semiconductor sector.
