Cloudflare posted second-quarter revenue of $696.1 million, a 36% year-over-year increase, driven by higher enterprise adoption and a 120% dollar-based net retention rate. The company added 80,000 paying customers, bringing total growth to 74% annually.
Non-GAAP operating income rose 33% to $96.1 million, while free cash flow reached $56.4 million. Cloudflare now expects third-quarter revenue between $736 million and $737 million and reaffirmed full-year guidance of $2.864 billion to $2.870 billion.
Nearly 2 million developers joined the Workers platform, pushing the total above 7.4 million. Management highlighted AI-agent traffic and security tools as key growth areas for future monetization.
