Miami International reported second-quarter net revenue of $141 million, up 35% year over year, driven by elevated options activity and higher revenue per contract. Adjusted EBITDA surged 57% to $77 million, with margins expanding to 54% from 47% in the prior-year period.

Options revenue climbed 34% to $124 million, supported by average daily volume of 11 million contracts. Management expects revenue per contract to normalize in the second half as market share rebounds. The company also lowered its full-year adjusted operating expense outlook to $260 million-$270 million.

Adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $0.48, reflecting strong demand for risk management amid geopolitical and AI-driven market volatility.
