Lionsgate Studios posted fiscal first-quarter revenue of $777 million, up 48% year over year, fueled by strong motion-picture results including releases like *Michael* and *The Housemaid*. Free cash flow reached $129 million, while motion-picture segment profit hit a record $105 million.

Adjusted OIBDA for the quarter was $79 million, with operating income at $26 million. Diluted loss per share stood at $0.10, while adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.06. Net debt declined by $121 million to $1.5 billion, reducing leverage to 4.3 times.

Management expects significant adjusted OIBDA and free-cash-flow growth in fiscal 2027, supported by upcoming films like *The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping* and a new Netflix licensing deal for the *Power* franchise.
