Legal tech firm CS Disco reports $43.1 million in Q2 revenue, driven by AI adoption and larger customer deals, while raising its annual guidance.
CS Disco (NYSE:LAW) reported a 13% year-over-year increase in Q2 fiscal 2026 revenue to $43.1 million, citing growth in large legal matters and stronger major-customer relationships. AI-related revenue more than tripled, while revenue from customers generating over $100,000 annually rose 15% in the trailing 12 months.
Software revenue reached $36.8 million, up 13%, and services revenue climbed 18% to $6.3 million. The company maintained its adjusted EBITDA profitability target for Q4, despite a $3.4 million loss in Q2. Cash reserves stood at $101.4 million with no debt.
CS Disco raised its full-year revenue outlook to $172 million–$179 million and launched a limited pilot for its DISCO Unified Litigation Solution, though it expects no revenue contribution in fiscal 2026.
