Kimbell Royalty Partners (NYSE:KRP) reported record second-quarter revenue of $103 million, driven by higher production, acquisitions, and elevated oil, natural gas, and NGL prices. The company also increased its quarterly common-unit distribution by 15% from the prior quarter while maintaining its 2026 guidance.

The quarter saw record adjusted EBITDA, net income, and average daily production, supported by the June closing of the Mesa Royalties acquisition. Kimbell completed over $360 million in acquisitions in the last 90 days, with assets contributing to results.

Chairman and CEO Bob Ravnaas highlighted the early stages of U.S. oil and gas royalty transitions from private to public ownership, signaling potential growth opportunities.
