AXA XL has agreed to purchase the remaining 51% stake in UK-based corporate intelligence and cybersecurity consultancy S-RM, securing full ownership. The company currently holds a 49% share in S-RM, which operates in over 140 countries with nine international offices.

S-RM, founded in 2005, specializes in cyber risk assessment, incident response, geopolitical intelligence, and due diligence. The transaction aims to strengthen AXA XL’s prevention services under its newly created Risk Advisory unit. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal is expected to close by September 2026, pending regulatory approvals. S-RM will continue serving its global client base post-acquisition.
