Bitcoin miner CleanSpark reports $138 million in Q3 revenue, missing analysts’ $142.2 million estimate and posting a $239 million net loss.
CleanSpark reported $138 million in revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, a 30.5% decline from $198 million a year earlier. The figure fell short of the $142.2 million consensus estimate, contributing to a 5.5% drop in its shares on Thursday.
The company posted a net loss of $239 million, or $0.89 per share, compared with net income of $257 million, or $0.90 per share, in the same period last year. The results reflect broader challenges in the Bitcoin mining sector amid market volatility.
Shares recovered slightly in pre-market trading on Friday, rising 3% to above $13.10. CleanSpark has diversified into AI and high-performance computing, recently securing a $6.6 billion data center lease deal.
