Absolute Financial Group, a UK-based independent financial adviser (IFA) consolidator, has expanded further in the South East of England with four new transactions.

The deals comprise three purchases of client books from retiring advisers and one deal where the adviser will remain in place

The three businesses where the proprietors are stepping back from the industry are T&L Financial Services, the trading name of JM Financial Planning in Eastbourne; Paul Tune Financial Services in Battle; and Clear Sense Financial Planning in Chichester. Their clients will move across to Absolute and be served by its existing financial planners in the South East. The fourth deal involves Canterbury-based Horton Independent Financial Planning, which will continue to operate in conjunction with Absolute following its acquisition.

The group’s assets under advice (AUA) have increased to more than £2.4bn following the latest agreements, which together contribute an additional £134m in AUA. Absolute has completed 14 acquisitions since its launch in December 2025. The company stated that its recent transactions demonstrate its operating model, which allows business owners to retire, remain after the acquisition, or join its partnership programme.
