ARBE appoints Assaf Pereg as CFO, replacing outgoing Karine Pinto-Flomenboim, ahead of Q2 earnings release.
Arbe Robotics (ARBE) named Assaf Pereg as chief financial officer, effective August 30, 2026. Pereg joins from Ibex Medical Analytics, where he served as senior vice president of finance.
The move follows the departure of Karine Pinto-Flomenboim, the company’s former CFO. Arbe also disclosed Q2 financial results alongside the announcement.
ARBE shares climbed 5.5% in premarket trading following the news.
