Hackers transferred $4.17 million in Bitcoin and $380,000 in Ether
Hackers behind a recent exploit have transferred approximately 64 Bitcoin and 200 Ether to cryptocurrency mixers.
The transferred Bitcoin is worth $4.17 million, while the Ether is valued at $380,000.
This incident follows a $293 million Kelp DAO hack in April, where the attacker laundered about $175 million in Ether through various protocols, including THORChain and Umbra, generating $910,000 in fees.
The Coldcard exploit has resulted in the loss of at least $100 million in Bitcoin and has become the third-largest cryptocurrency hack in 2026, with some funds still traceable in attacker-controlled wallets.
