The fitness company turned profitable for the first time, reversing a $118.9 million loss the prior year, but forecasts declining sales ahead.
Peloton reported its first full-year net profit of $63.2 million for fiscal 2026, a turnaround from a $118.9 million loss in the previous year. The company attributed the improvement to price increases on hardware and subscriptions implemented last fall.
Revenue for the year reached $2.42 billion, while fourth-quarter revenue of $608 million slightly exceeded Wall Street expectations of $598 million. Earnings per share matched estimates at 13 cents, with net income of $61.6 million for the quarter.
Despite the milestone, Peloton warned of lower sales in fiscal 2027 as it laps prior price hikes. The company expects continued positive free cash flow and margin expansion, though growth may slow in the near term.
