Zevra Therapeutics posted Q2 2026 net revenue of $39.7 million, a 53% year-over-year increase. The growth was led by $30.2 million in sales from Miplyffa, its therapy for Niemann-Pick disease type C (NPC).

The company’s prior-year Q2 revenue was not disclosed, but management highlighted strong execution and commercial focus in NPC as key drivers. Miplyffa’s Orange Book listing was also extended to 2041, reinforcing long-term market exclusivity.

Zevra reiterated expectations for a Q4 CHMP reexamination opinion, which could further impact regulatory and commercial prospects.
