Geron Corporation delivered 17% year-over-year net revenue growth for its drug RYTELO in Q2 2026, driven by a refocused commercial strategy targeting community treatment centers. The company achieved 24% revenue growth in the first half of 2026 while reducing total operating expenses by 4%, demonstrating operating leverage.

Management narrowed its full-year 2026 RYTELO net revenue guidance to the mid-to-high end of the $220 million to $240 million range. The company also maintained a strong balance sheet with $327 million in cash, supporting commercial investments and innovation.

Real-world evidence presented at EHA validated RYTELO’s clinical profile, aligning with Phase III IMerge results for advanced, transfusion-dependent patients. Geron also strengthened its leadership team with a new Chief Business Officer to focus on business development.
