Boerse Stuttgart Digital and institutional crypto trading firm Tradias have finalized their merger, creating a 300-employee digital asset infrastructure business. The deal, announced in February, consolidates regulated crypto operations under the Boerse Stuttgart Group umbrella to expand services across Europe.

The merged entity will operate under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital brand, with Tradias retaining its trading services identity. It will offer trading, custody, staking, and tokenization, targeting financial institutions. Headquarters will be split between Frankfurt and Stuttgart, with additional offices in eight cities.

The combined business already serves major European banks, including DZ Bank, DekaBank, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Societe Generale. Boerse Stuttgart Group CEO Matthias Voelkel called the merger a milestone in building Europe’s top regulated crypto infrastructure provider.
