Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG) posted second-quarter after-tax distributable earnings of $1.07 per share, exceeding the $0.94 analyst consensus. Revenue climbed 29% to $1.11 billion from $984.0 million a year earlier, surpassing the $919.86 million estimate.
Fee Related Earnings hit a record $358 million, up 11% from $323 million in Q2 2025. Distributable Earnings totaled $472 million, the highest in nearly four years. The firm returned $7 billion to clients during the quarter.
Shares rose 1.7% in pre-market trading following the announcement. CEO Harvey Schwartz attributed the results to Carlyle’s diversified business model and strong fundraising activity.
