The Dutch information services firm reaffirmed its 2026 outlook after reporting adjusted free cash flow of €533 million.

Wolters Kluwer reported first-half non-GAAP earnings per share of €2.83 and revenue of €3.03 billion, a 0.7% year-over-year decline. Adjusted free cash flow rose 14% in constant currencies to €533 million, while net debt-to-EBITDA stood at 2.0x.

The company maintained its full-year 2026 guidance, signaling confidence in long-term growth. Revenue contraction was attributed to currency effects and portfolio adjustments. The interim dividend was set at €1.01 per share, representing 40% of the prior year’s total payout.

Shares showed muted reaction in early trading as investors digested the mixed performance metrics.
