Qnity Shares Rally on Strong Q2 Earnings, Raised Guidance

Qnity reported Q2 revenue of $1.43 billion and EPS of $1.19, beating estimates and lifting full-year guidance amid AI-driven demand.

Qnity’s second-quarter revenue rose 22.1% year-over-year to $1.43 billion, surpassing the $1.36 billion estimate. Adjusted earnings per share jumped 52.6% to $1.19, above the $1.06 consensus forecast.

The company, a supplier of semiconductor materials, also raised its full-year guidance, citing robust demand for AI chip fabrication inputs. Qnity spun off from DuPont in November and has now exceeded expectations in three consecutive quarters.

Shares, which had fallen nearly 30% from a June high of $176 to $123 in late July, rebounded after the results, trading near $135 ahead of the announcement.
