The Department of Defense signed a multibillion-dollar framework agreement with Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman to ramp up production of components for Patriot missiles and THAAD interceptors. The move aims to replenish dwindling stockpiles, depleted by ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and operations against Iran and Russia.
