The independent professional services network added firms in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Malaysia, and the US to bolster local expertise and cross-border capabilities.
Antea Alliance of Independent Firms added new member companies in 2025 across the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, and Europe. The expansion aims to enhance local market expertise and service offerings for clients requiring international standards combined with regional knowledge.
The additions include Adel & Abdullah Aboulkhair in Saudi Arabia, Akhawala & Co. in Pakistan, CGL Advisory in Malaysia, and Finnalyze Solutions in the US. Antea emphasized the moves were driven by client demand rather than a growth-focused strategy, targeting regulated and fast-growing markets.
The alliance, comprising independent audit, tax, legal, and consulting firms, described the expansion as part of a long-term plan to support cross-border work in complex markets. The new members bring multidisciplinary profiles and regional connections to the network.
