The Italian tech firm’s first acquisition since its Nasdaq debut values Airtable at $2.25 billion equity, pending regulatory approval.
Bending Spoons S.p.A. will acquire Airtable in an all-cash deal valuing the software company at $1.285 billion enterprise value. The transaction, including Airtable’s net cash balance, implies an equity value of approximately $2.25 billion. Both companies’ boards unanimously approved the agreement, with completion expected before year-end subject to regulatory review.
Airtable, founded in 2013, provides a no-code platform combining spreadsheet and database functionalities. The company serves over 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, and reported annual recurring revenue of $480 million as of June 2026, growing more than 20% year over year.
Bending Spoons CEO Luca Ferrari stated the firm plans long-term investment in Airtable’s core platform, emphasizing its role in workflow management. The acquisition marks Bending Spoons’ first deal following its Nasdaq listing last month.
