All-stock deal unites 11 CNS therapies, including ADHD and opioid-use disorder treatments, to form a diversified biopharma entity.
Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior Pharmaceuticals agreed to merge in an all-stock transaction, creating a biopharmaceutical company with pro forma net revenue of $2.2bn. The combined entity will focus on central nervous system therapies, integrating 11 medicines across neurology, addiction, and psychiatry.
Supernus contributed ADHD drug Qelbree ($72.8m in H1 2026 sales) and Parkinson’s treatment Gocovri ($21.9m), while Indivior’s Sublocade, an injectable opioid-use disorder therapy, generated $856m in 2025, up 13% year-over-year. The merger aims to expand commercial portfolios and accelerate pipeline development.
The companies expect the deal to unlock growth opportunities through business development and enhanced commercial capabilities.
