Bending Spoons S.p.A. (NASDAQ:BSP) will acquire Airtable, a San Francisco-based enterprise workflow software company, in a $1.285 billion all-cash transaction. The deal values Airtable at approximately $2.25 billion when including outstanding debt.

This marks Bending Spoons’ first major acquisition since its Nasdaq debut on July 1. The company, which owns digital brands like AOL and Eventbrite, aims to bolster its presence in the enterprise software market through the deal.

Airtable provides customizable workflow and collaboration tools for businesses. The acquisition aligns with Bending Spoons’ strategy of expanding its portfolio of technology platforms.
