Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund-backed Humain has invested in Riyadh-based enterprise AI firm MOZN to develop production-scale AI solutions for financial services and public sectors. The partnership targets international expansion, focusing on secure, compliant AI deployments for institutions transitioning from pilot projects to full-scale operations.

MOZN’s AI tools, used by over 150 customers, specialize in financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and governance. The collaboration will prioritize three areas: financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and risk compliance, leveraging a shared product roadmap and coordinated market strategy.

The investment aims to accelerate MOZN’s sovereign AI platform, enabling scalable, high-reliability systems for sectors with stringent regulatory requirements. Early initiatives will address critical compliance and security needs in financial and public sector operations.
