US stock futures edged higher in early European trading Tuesday, with Dow Jones futures up 0.17% at 53,430, as easing Middle East tensions boosted investor confidence. S&P 500 futures rose 0.23% to 7,650, while Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.68% near 29,090, led by a surge in tech shares.

The rally followed President Donald Trump’s decision to cancel planned military strikes against Iran, opting instead to revive negotiations. This move eased concerns over oil supply disruptions and inflation risks, though diplomatic tensions remain unresolved. Iran rejected the US offer, with officials dismissing conditions for talks.

Wall Street closed sharply higher Monday, with the Nasdaq Composite jumping 2.13% and the S&P 500 rising 1.48%. Amazon’s 4.6% gain pushed its market cap past $3 trillion for the first time, underscoring the tech sector’s strength.
