Continental posted Q2 GAAP earnings per share of €1.37 and revenue of €4.41 billion, down 9.3 percent year-over-year. Adjusted EBIT surged 35.1 percent to €570 million, while the adjusted EBIT margin expanded to 12.9 percent from 9.6 percent in Q2 2025.

The company’s revenue decline reflects weaker demand in key markets, though cost controls and operational efficiencies drove margin improvement. Adjusted free cash flow reached €216 million, supporting financial flexibility amid ongoing industry challenges.

Continental also updated its full-year outlook, signaling caution despite stronger profitability in the quarter.
