MicroStrategy ($MSTR) sold 1,638 Bitcoin for $104.73 million at an average price of $63,957 per token last week, part of a broader capital restructuring. The sale price was below its aggregate Bitcoin purchase cost of $75,419 per token, though the company retains 842,138 Bitcoin, or roughly 4% of the total supply.

Proceeds were split between $52.4 million for preferred-stock dividends and $52.3 million for repurchasing $STRC shares. The company also sold 3.01 million $MSTR shares, raising $290.6 million, with $250 million directed to its U.S. dollar reserve, now totaling $4 billion. The reserve aims to cover dividend and interest obligations while providing liquidity for market opportunities.

The moves follow MicroStrategy’s Digital Credit Capital Framework introduced in late June, when its dollar reserve stood at $2.55 billion. The company repurchased 912,143 $STRC shares for $81.2 million during the period.
