Funding will advance clinical trials for a sarcoma-targeted radiopharmaceutical and expand the company’s pipeline and manufacturing capacity.
Ratio Therapeutics has secured $70m in Series C financing to accelerate its cancer radiotherapy programs. The round included existing investors Duquesne Family Office and Bristol Myers Squibb, alongside new backers Catalio Capital Management, Eli Lilly, and Wasatch Group.
Proceeds will fund the ATLAS trial for [Ac-225]RTX-2358, a fibroblast activation protein-targeted therapy for advanced sarcomas, and support a next-generation radioligand candidate. The company also plans to broaden its pipeline to additional cancer targets and scale manufacturing.
CEO Jack Hoppin stated the funding reflects investor confidence in the company’s progress and future opportunities, including a fifth IND filing.
